✔ 3 Eggs
✔ 1 1/2 Cup White Granulated Sugar
✔ 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
✔ 3 1/2 Cups of White All-Purpose Flour
✔ 1/2 Tsp. Salt
✔ 2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
✔ 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
✔ Vanilla Frosting
✔ Chocolate Frosting
✔ Food Coloring
✔ Sprinkles
✔ Decorative Cookie Cutters
DIRECTIONS
Using a large spoon, mix butter, eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl use a sifter to combine flour, salt, cream of tartar and baking soda together.
Slowly combine both mixtures together until everything is evenly blended.
Wrap cookie dough in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
Once dough is completely chilled, use a rolling pin to roll out your dough until it is an even 1/4” thick.
TIP: Sprinkle a little flour on your rolling pin and surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
Use decorative cookie cutters to cut out your cookies and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Once your cookies are ready and out of the oven, allow time for them to cool. Now it’s time for the fun part, decorating! Whether you use store bought frosting or make your own, Wilton’s Gel Food Colors are a fantastic way to add color to your cookies as the gel formula is highly pigmented!
ENJOY!
